You’ve chosen to work with teenagers
That means you’re not afraid of a
challenge. Whether you’re a CAMHS worker, a Designated Safeguarding Lead
(DSL), or a counsellor navigating the complexities of teenage mental health,
you’re showing up for some of the most misunderstood humans out there. And
let’s face it—it’s not always smooth sailing.
Big emotions. Ethical dilemmas. Families in crisis. The teens you work with bring
all this and more to the table. You need a space where you can offload, reflect,
and grow as a professional—a space that gets how tricky (and rewarding) this
work can be.
Welcome to
Unruly therapy

The Struggles You Face (And Why I Get It)
Working with teens isn’t just therapy; it’s a balancing act. You’re:
Breaking Through Barriers
Trying to connect with clients who at best have their walls up and at worst don’t see professionals or even adults as safe.
Navigating the Ethical Grey Zones
Tackling ethical dilemmas that don’t come with a manual.
Holding Space for Teenage Struggles
Supporting teens who are navigating identity, neurodivergence, or the
pressure cooker of teenage life.
The Balancing Act
Juggling complex family dynamics and external agencies like social care,
CAMHS, and schools.
When the Work Follows You Home
Struggling to turn off your professional brain at home, worrying about
clients long after sessions end.
Sound familiar? I’ve been there. With over a decade of experience working with
teens, their families, and the professionals supporting them, I know how
overwhelming it can feel. That’s why my supervision isn’t just about solving
problems—it’s about building you up as a confident, resilient professional.
Helping You Find Your Voice, Confidence, and Groove as a Professional

Supervision with me is more than ticking boxes. It’s about exploring who you are as a professional and how you show up in your work. Here’s what makes Unruly Therapy supervision stand out:
Specialised Expertise: With over 10 years of experience, my work spans
CAMHS, high schools, and alternative provisions. I’ve worked with
everyone from gang members to elite athletes, and I’ve collaborated with
third parties like social care, the police, and even provided evidence in
court. Whatever your challenge, I’ve likely seen it—and I’m here to help
you navigate it.
Tailored Support: Whether it’s managing complex cases, handling
burnout, or building confidence in your therapeutic approach, I adapt
supervision to meet your needs.
Holistic Development: I believe your authenticity is your superpower.
Who you are as a professional and as a person matters deeply to me, and
I am passionate about nurturing you in becoming the professional you
aspire to be. We’ll nurture your unique style and strengths to help you
thrive in this challenging work.
Flexible Sessions: Online or in-person, Monday to Thursday, 11 am to 7:30pm—fit supervision around your busy schedule. Whatever your availability, we’ll make it work to ensure you get the support you need.
What Supervision Looks Like

Collaborative Space: Bring your challenges, your wins, and your questions. Supervision with me is a partnership, not a lecture. I want you to feel confident in shaping our sessions to suit what’s most pressing for you.
Supportive Environment: Whether you’re venting about a tough week or diving into deep casework, this is your space to reflect and recharge. My aim is to create a safe and affirming environment where you feel empowered to explore both your professional growth and personal resilience.

Step 1: Free Consultation
Let’s Work Together
Your first step is a relaxed 20-30 minute online consultation. We’ll chat about how I work, explore your needs, and see if we’re a good fit. If I’m not the right supervisor for you, I’ll help guide you to someone who is.
Step 2: Supervision Contract
If we’re a match, I’ll send over a supervision contract and intake forms. In our first full session, we’ll review everything and set the foundation for our work together.
