It can also be unpredictable, sometimes even exhausting. Whether it’s your teen navigating their way through life’s chaos or you feeling stuck in the endless loop of worry, exhaustion, and frustration, it’s not easy. But here’s the thing: you don’t have to face it alone. Stress, confusion, and overwhelm might be loud right now, but they don’t have to be the new normal.

At Unruly Therapy, I help young people feel heard and valued—and I support parents in reclaiming a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence.

Together, we’ll find a way forward that works for you

Meet Lennie

The Unruly Therapist

Supporting teens, young adults, and families isn’t just my job—it’s who I am. For over a decade, I’ve worked side by side with families navigating the beautiful chaos of teenage years and beyond.

My approach? It’s rooted in realness, empathy, and a refusal to sugar-coat things. Life’s messy—but that’s where the magic happens.

I offer a safe, judgment-free space to tackle life’s twists and turns head-on. My goal is simple: to help you and your family grow, thrive, and find a bit of joy in the madness. Therapy with me isn’t about being ‘fixed’—you’re not broken. It’s about creating space for transformation, healing, and self-discovery.

I’m here to help you face your challenges head-on, pushing you to grow and find the strength to overcome whatever life throws your way. Together, we’ll work towards a counselling experience that truly makes a difference in your life.

What Clients Are Saying About Me

Lennie is a huge part of our Lathom family. She works with our students on an individual basis and in groups, depending on what we need. Her work, support and challenge are pivotal in helping young people to understand their feelings, identify their barriers and work to become resilient and independent. They speak so highly of her support and how she helps them to help themselves. As a school, we would be lost without her.
